I recently had an issue with a radiant heating zone and had been told by one repair person that it would likely be a very expensive repair and that their company did not work with the radiant heat systems. I then called Fal-Ken and was given an appointment for the next day. Both the office staff and the technicians were responsive, professional and took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem. Afterwards their technician, Mike, took the time to explain what he did and then demonstrated that the system was now working properly!

I obtained numerous quotes to install a tri-zone mini-ductless in our home. Fal-Ken was among then, not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I thought about what trucks I see roaming around LI and always remember the Fal-Ken trucks. Chris and his team were professional and honest. They showed up on time and even when we had a small follow-up issue, they were there to fix it. We’ll certainly use them again if a need arises in the future.

I don’t normally write reviews but feel compelled to share my awesome experience with Fal-Ken Heating & Cooling! I called on a Monday to inquire about getting service on my heating system – my elderly mom lives with me so it was important for me to get this fixed as soon as possible. The receptionist was polite as I explained my situation and while she noted the schedule was full for the day, she was going to check with her techs to see if it was possible to get someone to my home that same day. After about 15 minutes, she called me back to confirm a tech would be arriving that afternoon. The tech arrived promptly at the expected arrival time. After checking out my boiler, the tech broke down what the issue was and gave me an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I wouldn’t need a new boiler and repairs were at a reasonable price! With professional, courteous and prompt service – everyone should go to Fal-Ken for their heating and cooling needs! I will certainly be back and have already referred them to family members!
